About Us
Well Born Baby was Born.
Not long after their first children were born, Christina and Elizabeth met and quickly bonded over their shared philosophies about a relaxed attitude towards natural parenting. They had both experienced well-supported pregnancies and deliveries with a midwife, and had fallen into comfortable nursing relationships with their babies. But the more moms they met, the more they realized…their experiences were the exceptions in this age of planned C-sections and formula that arrives on your doorstep.
Christina and Elizabeth committed themselves to educating and supporting women in having the birthing and breastfeeding experience they want.
Serving the Following Areas
Pennsylvania locations including but not limited to Chester County, Delaware County, Montgomery County, & Philadelphia.
Delaware locations including Wilmington, Christiana, & surrounding areas.
New Jersey locations, call to discuss.
We typically attend births with Main Line Health, Penn Medicine, Einstein Healthcare, Christiana Cares, Jefferson, LifeCycle Women Care, and The Wilmington Birth Center.
Credentials
All doulas working with Well Born Baby are independent contractors that are trained birth and/or postpartum doulas, newborn care specialists and/or certified lactation counselors. We are not a medical provider. We do not give any medical advice nor is our care a substitution for medical care/advice. We will always refer you to your medical provider for related questions. We will not perform any medical tasks, make decisions for you, or project our own beliefs onto your experience.
